New Zealand Tracked Shipping
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size of items & your location.
Our courier company for shipping within New Zealand is Toll.
Once your item has been collected by Toll your tracking number will be sent out to your email address provided at the checkout
Courier packages cannot be sent to a P.O BOX so please use a physical address when checking out.
Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:
Large items: $50
Medium items: $30
Small items: $10
Large items: $100
Medium items: $50
Small items: $20
Larger Furniture Items
For large furniture items, we are required to request a freight quote based on the size of the item and the delivery location. Our preferred freight forward company is Mainfreight.
A shipping quote can be requested prior to purchasing - please email us with your delivery location and the item/s you wish to purchase and we will get you a current shipping quote - email@example.com
Click and Collect (Mt Maunganui)
Pick up from our Mount Maunganui depot is welcome and free, this option and is available at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a "ready for collection" email notification with the details. Please contact us once you have received this to arrange a pickup time that suits you - firstname.lastname@example.org
Sometimes you just can't wait, when we have a confirmed shipment on the way we may make certain items available for pre-order through our website. The delivery information for the shipment will be stated in the product information section. Alternatively, If there is something you love and cannot see it on our site please contact us for sourcing information - email@example.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted it will be your responsibility to return the items back to our warehouse. All cost of return and liability will on the purchaser. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as all mirrors or items with glass, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
