Caring for your Rug
All rugs are labelled on the reverse with detailed fibre descriptions and care and cleaning instructions. Please read and follow these instructions carefully to best care for your rug. General guidance: It’s normal for new rugs to shed, so vacuum gently on low suction and avoid using turbo or brush heads, which can damage the fibres.
To refresh the pile, simply shake your rug outside. Keep rugs out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and rotate them every six months to ensure even wear. In the event of spills, blot immediately with a clean white cloth and mild detergent. Never rub. If loops appear, trim or push them back rather than pulling. For added safety and support, we recommend using a rug underlay to prevent slipping, protect your flooring and help your rug maintain its shape.
In order to prolong the life of your rug, we recommend you have it protected by our trusted partners in fabric protection and cleaning Premium Surface Protection.
