Shipping Information

New Zealand Standard Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the delivery location. Our primary freight partners are Aramex and Mainfreight. Courier packages cannot be sent to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Homewares
North Island: 2–5 business days
South Island: 4–7 business days

Furniture
North Island: 5–7 business days
South Island: 7–10 business days

If you are having any trouble completing your purchase at checkout, such as issues with your delivery address or unavailable rates, please email hello@kayustudio.co.nz and we will be happy to help you complete your order. 

Delivery Service & Assembly

Our furniture delivery partners will contact you to coordinate delivery. Orders are delivered boxed and unassembled as standard. Please note, some items will require assembly.

We offer a complimentary White Glove Service, which includes assembly and packaging removal, for dining tables over 200cm in size, all Maru Dining Tables and the Mason Coffee Table. If you’d prefer not to use this service, simply let us know in your order notes. 

Tracking Your Order

Once collected by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery. For an update on your order at any time, please don't hesitate to email hello@kayustudio.co.nz for assistance.

Click & Collect

Free pick-up is available from our Mount Maunganui showroom. Select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with collection details. Please email hello@kayustudio.co.nz or call 07 281 0205 to arrange a time that suits you.

If you wish to collect from our Auckland showroom, please email greylynn@kayustudio.co.nz or call our team on 09 376 2214. Kindly note that order preparation and collection may take up to one week at this location, and furniture collection cannot be accommodated from this location.
