Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

With strong growth across retail and trade, we’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to own day-to-day logistics, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and delivery coordination within Auckland. This newly created, hands-on role is key to streamlining our Auckland operations, between warehouse and showrooms and supporting efficient deliveries to customers.

You’ll keep our Auckland operations moving by co-ordinating fulfilment end-to-end and supporting a smooth customer handover. Key day-to-day tasks include:

•  Receiving and processing inbound stock (including containers)
•  Managing inventory accuracy and weekly stock replenishment
•  Picking, packing and dispatching online and showroom orders
•  Co-ordinating customer order collections and deliveries
•  Planning and executing delivery runs to local customers and showrooms
•  Assembling furniture for display and customer orders
•  Co-ordinating returns, repairs and quality control
•  Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised
