With our Takapuna showroom opening soon, we’re seeking an experienced retail leader to step into the role of Showroom Lead.

This hands-on leadership position is responsible for the showroom’s day-to-day performance, team culture, and commercial results. You’ll lead from the floor, driving sales, coaching your team, maintaining stock integrity, and delivering a considered customer experience within a premium retail environment.

Takapuna Showroom 2IC

As 2IC, you’ll support the Takapuna showroom setup, with training in our Grey Lynn space to immerse yourself in our brand, systems, and standards ahead of launch.

Leading from the floor, you’ll help drive sales performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on role blends consultative selling and showroom presentation with strong operational responsibility, ensuring the showroom runs seamlessly in both calm and fast-paced retail moments.
