Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment across our Auckland operations. This hands-on, full-time role is central to keeping our warehouse and showrooms running smoothly and ensuring efficient, high-quality deliveries to customers. You’ll manage inbound stock, oversee inventory accuracy and replenishment, and coordinate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Day to day, you’ll plan and execute delivery runs, assemble furniture for display and customer orders, and handle returns, repairs, and quality control.

Showroom 2IC

We’re looking for an experienced Showroom 2IC to help lead our Grey Lynn showroom and ensure every visitor enjoys a warm, design-led experience. In this full-time role, you’ll support the daily running of the showroom, from open and close procedures to team communication and customer service. You’ll guide and mentor the team, deliver thoughtful design consultations, and manage sales and after-sales processes with care and efficiency. With strong attention to detail, you’ll maintain showroom presentation and stock accuracy, coordinate deliveries, and help drive team results.
