Kayu Studio 5th Birthday – Win Back Your Order Promotion

To celebrate Kayu Studio's 5th birthday, all eligible purchases made during the promotional period will automatically be entered into a draw to win back the value of their order, up to a maximum of NZD $1,000.

Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 9:00am Saturday 13 June, 2026 until 11:59pm Sunday 14 June, 2026 (NZST).

Eligibility

To be eligible for entry:

Purchases must be made during the promotional period.
Customers must have a Kayu Studio customer account existing or create one at the time of purchase.
Eligible purchases include both in-store and online orders.
Pre-orders placed during the promotional period are eligible, provided they are paid in full during the promotional period.

Exclusions

The following purchases are not eligible:

Payments made towards existing orders placed before the promotional period.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned prior to the prize draw.
Trade account purchases.
Gift card purchases.

Prize

One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will receive a refund equivalent to the value of their qualifying purchase, up to a maximum value of NZD $1,000.
If the winning purchase exceeds NZD $1,000, the prize value will be capped at NZD $1,000.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash beyond the value of the original purchase.

Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn on Monday 15 June, 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their customer account.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Kayu Studio reserves the right to redraw the prize.
