Introducing our new Takapuna Showroom

We’re proud to announce the opening of our new Takapuna showroom, a space designed for customers to experience our collections at a slower pace, away from the rush of the city.

Opening our doors in Takapuna marks an exciting new chapter and a significant milestone in the Kayu Studio story, coinciding with our fifth anniversary.

Located at 138 Hurstmere Road, we’re delighted to join a community with such a vibrant local presence. With the beach only moments away, the setting feels reminiscent of our beginnings in Mount Maunganui, something that made Takapuna feel like a natural fit for our next home.

The new showroom brings together a curated selection of furniture, lighting and homewares from our current collections, alongside featured works by local artists Michelle Wilkin, Meg Gallagher and Holly Clarke.

Designed with our signature aesthetic in mind, the space embraces a calm, pared-back palette that invites visitors to slow down, explore, and experience the collection in person.

We look forward to welcoming to our newest space.
