Handcrafted with a grounded, earthy feel, the Giri Bowl brings warmth and simplicity to everyday dining. Available in two versatile sizes, the smaller bowl is perfect for serving olives, nuts, sauces, spices, and condiments, while the larger size is ideal for side dishes, shared accompaniments, or larger servings.
Its understated design complements any table setting, and both sizes also lend themselves beautifully to holding jewellery and other small objects throughout the home. The Giri Bowl is part of the Kayu Studio Tanah Liat Collection, which translates to "Clay Collection" in Javanese.
Each piece is carefully handmade by our skilled artisan partners in Java, Indonesia. Guided by ethical practices, this small ceramics studio recycles clay and crafts every piece by hand.
Due to the handmade nature of the ceramics, slight variations in size, shape, and glaze are to be expected, making each bowl one of a kind.

While our ceramics are durable, we recommend hand washing with warm water and mild soap to help preserve the finish and avoid any long-term surface wear. Exposure to high heat (such as in dishwashers) can sometimes cause crazing, so extra care is encouraged.
