Please note:

• The $200 minimum must be made up of eligible Homewares items only.
  
• Furniture, mirrors, pendants, rugs, and original artworks are excluded.
  
• If your order includes both eligible and excluded items, free shipping will apply to the Homewares portion only.
  
• Orders that include pre-order items will still qualify, provided the order is paid in full by 31 August 2025. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available, with no additional shipping charges.
  
• Discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including trade pricing.

New Zealand Tracked Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size of the shipment and your location. Please note that rates are based on metropolitan centres only. Our shipping partners are Aramex, On Send or Mainfreight Home. The estimated shipping time for delivery varies on the location and size of your items. For North Island expect delivery in 2-5 business days. For South Island expect delivery in 4-10 business days.

Rural Delivery


Rural delivery is not included in the freight charged at checkout. For rural delivery rates please email hello@kaystudio.co.nz for a quote or alternatively the goods can be collected from the nearest city depot. Once your item has been collected by the freight company, a tracking number will be sent by email to the address you provided at checkout. Courier packages cannot be sent to a PO BOX so please use a physical address when checking out.



Click and Collect

Pick-up from our Mount Maunganui showroom is welcome and free, this option is available at checkout. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a 'ready for collection' email notification with the details. Please contact us either by email or phone once you have received this notification to arrange a pickup time that suits you. Email hello@kayustudio.co.nz or phone 07 281 0205.

If you wish to collect from our Auckland showroom, please email greylynn@kayustudio.co.nz or call our team on 09 376 2214. Kindly note that order preparation and collection may take up to one week at this location.

By placing an order, you agree to the following returns policy. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about a full-priced item, we offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds are provided only for faulty items. 

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase (for in-store items) or within 14 days of receiving your delivery (for online orders). 
  
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact your local showroom. Online return requests can be made through our Mount Maunganui location.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within five working days and notify you via email. 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Some pieces are final sale due to their unique nature. Many of our handcrafted and natural products are beautifully imperfect, with variations that make each piece one of a kind. These variations are not considered faults. 

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: 

• Artwork
• Rugs 
  
• Sofas 
  
• Soaps and candles 
  
• Custom orders 
  
• Clearance and sale items 
  
• Seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or items with disclosed defects
  
  

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item is faulty, we’ll assess the issue and find a solution, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit or refund. 

Custom & Pre-Orders 

Custom and pre-ordered items are made just for you and cannot be cancelled before delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on supplier availability and schedules. Changes to the delivery date do not qualify an item for a refund. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased. Orders paid for with a gift card can be exchanged or credited back to the original gift card. Please note gift cards cannot be used on discounted or outlet  products.
