The Kars is a tall, slim stoneware pot in our reactive glaze finish, standing tall at 49cm high. Its form tapers gently from base to rim, widening gradually toward the top where a series of raised discs have been formed on the surface — a sculptural detail that catches the light and adds quiet visual interest. A hole in the base allows for draining.
Our reactive glazed stoneware is fired through 18 chambers in a traditional dragon kiln, where shifting temperatures draw out a natural depth and variation of colour unique to each piece.
Part of our Traditional Kiln Fired Collection, made in Vietnam by artisans working with earth-derived materials, traditional kilns, and techniques refined over centuries. Each piece is finished and fired by hand, a process that produces natural variations in surface and tone, ensuring no two are ever identical.

Product Care
For everyday maintenance, simply wipe your piece with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. For a deeper clean, use mild soap mixed with water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh chemicals, or solvents, as these can damage the surface. To prevent scratches, avoid dragging the pot across rough surfaces and lift when repositioning. Please note, these pots are not watertight.
